BRINGING COSTS DOWN BY 50%
Colliers International needed someone to help bring down
their lead costs for their commercial real estate listings
to not only allow their agents to focus on quality leads but
also do it on smaller budgets to improve margins.
KATHOS
has not only been able to expand into different platforms,
but bring down overall lead costs down by 50% while
retaining lead quality on the primary ad platform. This
allowed Colliers to expand and reach larger audiences in
bigger markets (while spending roughly 30% more YoY)
bringing more value to their agents overall and directly
affecting the bottom line.

SCALING TO SIX-DIGIT MONTHLY BUDGETS
Global electronics seller CDW doesn’t need help running
down-funnel platforms, it sells itself! But optimizing it
for maximum value is another thing. This is where we came
in. The initial SEM build needed a lot of work: optimization
scores were low, CR%/CTR needed improving, and all of this
overpaying for traffic was affecting the ROAS which had a
plateauing revenue of roughly $150k/month and a lower ROAS.
With a meticulous, complete reset of their SEM
build, not only did baseline scores go up, they almost
doubled within the same month. Leading to a positive trend
in revenue, AOV, ROAS, and CR%. As the months went on we
were able to scale up to a consistently high six-digit
monthly budget afterward.

ROAS DOUBLED, SCALING UP SUCCESS
Optimizing to ensure you keep a foothold in the market place
is one thing, making sure you're not burning cash on
awareness is another. Instead of going for more costly media
buys, what we decided to do is do a much more targeted push
by upping spend on performant platforms with incremental
spend and optimizing everything by tweaking the build and
targeting almost daily.
The performance and ROAS
were so good the incremental spend (a five-digit monthly
budget) was made permanent and kept enjoying a 7.5x ROAS
throughout its life.

LAUNCHING BRANDS SUCCESSFULLY
In the last few years Deloitte entrusted us to launch
multiple brands in the medtech, agriculture, and health
spaces. This included a full audit of the branding, their
potential, and forecasting performance before launching
brands on multiple social media platforms and ensuring media
dollars were spent strategically with no fluff.
Thanks to the work with the team at KATHOS,
these brand liftoffs not only got off without a hitch, but
brands were set off with: a full comprehensive paid media
build including paid social on various platforms and paid
search, a blueprint for success with the training/coaching
necessary so anyone on the client teams could effectively
speak to it, and optimizations during those crucial first
few months to ensure success. This led to clients under
Deloitte reaching metrics beyond their own internal forecast
benchmarks and starting off every brand right.
